NJ REAL ESTATE PREP offers ONLINE pre-licensing class options to qualify for the NJ real estate salesperson's exam including:

• Asynchronous learning courses allowing you to take the class at your own pace.

• No live classroom requirement

• Take up to six months to complete

​

This course meets the State Educational requirements for those wishing to qualify for the State Licensing Exam.

 

Students must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

 

The NJ Real Estate Commission will conduct a criminal background check on all candidates.

​

 

Students have one year from date of issuance of successful class completion to pass the State exam and file their applications with the Real Estate Commission. Once the certificate expires, the class must be repeated and candidates must pay an additional tuition fee.
